As shadows draw near and blood consecrates our path, I extend my words to thee in a matter of great importance. A new chapter is to unfold in the annals of our esteemed sect, and I implore thee to lend thy ears to my decree.
From this night forth, my regency shall be shared with my esteemed sister, Krysteen Macarthur. She, who has been a leader of the Sabbat since its very founding, as a Cardinal and a Prisci of her own cult, possesses a mastery over the dark arts and a cunning intellect that few can rival.
Together, we shall stand as co-regents, our power united to guide the destiny of the Sabbat.
